Amy is the driving force behind every seamless celebration at MTB. As Co-Owner and Head Wedding Coordinator, she manages every detail—from planning to day-of execution—ensuring each wedding flows beautifully so couples can fully enjoy their special day.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and a Master’s Degree in Positive Psychology, bringing both organization and a thoughtful, people-centered approach to every event. Amy’s experience spans weddings, nonprofit events, and corporate functions, supported by strong industry relationships.

A nominee for the prestigious Rose Award for service excellence, Amy is known for her attention to detail, calm presence, and commitment to creating truly memorable experiences.

Stephen is a Co-Owner and Wedding Officiant, as well as an Ordained Minister with a heart for serving couples during one of the most meaningful moments of their lives. He brings a calm, grounded presence to every ceremony, helping create experiences that are both personal and spiritually enriching.

In addition to officiating weddings, Stephen offers pastoral guidance and marriage preparation, walking alongside couples as they build a strong and lasting foundation together.

He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Science, and also a Bachelor’s in Divinity, Master’s in Pastoral Leadership, and a Doctorate in Pastoral Counseling. With both academic depth and real-life experience, Stephen blends faith, wisdom, and authenticity in everything he does.
